Try this healthy Collagen Smoothie for breakfast, lunch or dinner!  Guaranteed to boost your energy and suppress appetite.

  1. 2 cups of coconut milk
  2. 1 cup ice
  3. 3 tbs. frozen blueberries
  4. 1 tbs natural NesProteins Collagen powder
  5. 1/2 avocado
  6. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  7. 1 tsp. 100% vanilla extract
