Nutraviva Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nutraviva, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when ordering from us. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled.
This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Reporting Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your items. This allows us to investigate and resolve concerns promptly.
Nutraviva reserves the right to investigate any claims that may be unfounded or fraudulent. Providing a replacement, refund, or credit does not constitute an admission of liability by Nutraviva.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind. Where applicable, a credit note may be issued for the value of the goods excluding shipping costs.
Free gift items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
In rare circumstances, returned unopened products may be subject to a restocking fee, equal to the original shipping cost.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund or credit note.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount
5. Replacements & Exchanges
We replace items that are damaged or defective.
If a replacement is approved, shipping costs will be charged as follows:
- Australia: $8.00 flat rate
- International orders: Charged at market rates as determined by the carrier

6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
