Made with Australian Collagen Hydrolysate (but easily swapped for our other collagen powders), these vibrant, collagen-packed ice creams are loaded with antioxidants, healthy fats, and natural sweetness. ⏱ Prep Time: 10 minutes, 5 hours to overnight set time.
Ingredients
500g Mixed berries or cherries (frozen works well too)
4 Tbsp Nutraviva Collagen Hydrolysate (Australian Collagen Hydrolysate or Marien Collagen works well too!)
2 cans quality coconut cream ( 800ml in total )
2 tsp vanilla extract
5 Tbsp natural sweetener ( maple syrup used in recipe )
Optional topping - Dark chocolate, berries, chopped almonds.
Method
1.Mix the coconut cream, Nutraviva Collagen, sweetener & vanilla in a blender until smooth.
2.Add berries & pulse until they are smashed, but not completely blended.
3.Pour the mixture into popsicle molds & freeze for 5 hours or overnight.
Optional - Garnishes of drizzled, melted dark chocolate. Dip entire popsicles in chocolate for a richer layered option. Optional topping of blueberries & crushed almonds.
