Collagen Boosting Frozen Yogurt Sticks

These delicious and refreshing frozen yoghurt sticks are packed with gut-friendly ingredients and a collagen boost for your skin, hair, and joints. Made with zesty lime, creamy yoghurt, and Nutraviva hydrolysed collagen powder, they offer the perfect combination of health and indulgence. With a crunchy pistachio topping and a delicious chocolatey coating, these yoghurt sticks are an easy-to-make, nutrient-rich treat perfect for warm days.

Simply blend, freeze, and dip in the decadent coating for a nourishing snack that satisfies both your cravings and wellness goals!

Ingredients

For frozen yoghurt mixture:

Zest of 1 lime

1/2 lime juice

4-5 spoonfuls of manuka honey

4-5tbsp of organic plain or Greek yoghurt

2tbsp Nutraviva hydrolysed collagen powder

200g deshelled and chopped pistachios (keep some aside for topping)

 

For the coating:

150g melted coconut oil or MCT oil

4-6tbsp maple syrup

4tbsp cacao powder

 

Method

1. Blend together well the ingredients for the frozen yoghurt mixture. Fill icicle molds.

2. Freeze for minimum 6hours to allow mixture to set.

3. Chop the remaining pistachios to use as topping

4. Mix together coating ingredients.

5. Dunk the ice blocks into the coating and quicky top them before the coating solidifies.
