Cookies & Cream Baked Oats with Collagen

Ingredients
1 egg (60g)
40g apple puree
1 tbsp honey (or preferred liquid sweetener)
30 blended oats
1 serve of Nutraviva collagen powder (either Collagen Hydrolysate or Marine Collagen)
½ tsp baking powder
10g chopped dark chocolate (85% was used in Jade’s recipe)
Macros per serve
368 calories
42g carbohydrates
13g fats
21g protein
Method
- In a bowl whisk wet ingredients and then fold through dry.
- Pour mixture into a ramekin and top with chopped chocolate.
- Microwave 1 minute (900w). Make sure your dish is not too small so it does not overflow. Alternatively microwave in 30 second intervals.
- Serve with sprinkle of extra chocolate and milk (Jade used almond milk in her recipe).
