Cookies & Cream Baked Oats with Collagen

Preparation time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

1 egg (60g)

40g apple puree

1 tbsp honey (or preferred liquid sweetener)

30 blended oats

1 serve of Nutraviva collagen powder (either Collagen Hydrolysate or Marine Collagen)

½ tsp baking powder

10g chopped dark chocolate (85% was used in Jade’s recipe)

 

Macros per serve

368 calories

42g carbohydrates

13g fats

21g protein

 

 

Method

  1. In a bowl whisk wet ingredients and then fold through dry.
  2. Pour mixture into a ramekin and top with chopped chocolate.
  3. Microwave 1 minute (900w). Make sure your dish is not too small so it does not overflow. Alternatively microwave in 30 second intervals.
  4. Serve with sprinkle of extra chocolate and milk (Jade used almond milk in her recipe).
