Simple Ramen Noodle Beef Bone Broth

Craving a healthy and comforting ramen noodle broth? This nutrient packed ramen recipe combines nourishing beef bone broth with wholesome ingredients for a satisfying, gut-loving meal. Whether you're looking to boost your immune system or simply enjoy a delicious bowl of ramen, this recipe is your go-to for nourishing comfort.  

The key is to have all of the components of your dish ready at hand and then bringing them together in a bowl and topping with the hot broth.

 

This recipe makes two serves. 

Preparation and cooking time - 30 minutes.

 

Ingredients

2 dried ramen noodle cakes

2 free range eggs (one for each serving)

200g of thinly sliced beef

1 cup of thinly sliced vegetables of choice - green beans, Bok choy and peas are good options

½ cup oyster or shitake mushrooms

Soy or coconut amino sauce

½ cup of chopped spring onions

1 lime juiced (to taste)

3 serves of Nutraviva Original Beef Bone Broth powder

3 cups of water

1 grated 1cm piece of ginger

1 minced Garlic clove

1 teaspoon of fish sauce

Seasoning – salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of olive oil

 

Optional – 1/2 cup of firm tofu (fried works best)

1 red chili sliced 

 

Method

1. Season sliced beef to taste with salt and pepper and sear in a deep saucepan with olive oil on a medium heat until cooked. Remove beef from pan and set aside.

2. Using the same saucepan, add garlic and ginger and cook for one minute.

3. Add sliced mushrooms, soy/coconut aminos, fish sauce, 3 serves of Nutraviva Original Beef Bone Broth powder, water and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

4. Add the sliced vegetables and lime juice to taste and simmer another 5 minutes. Whilst ingredients. the rest of the ramen his simmers prepare the rest of the ingredients. 

5. In a separate saucepan cook ramen noodles for two minutes. Set aside in cool water. After one minute and divide noodles to two serving bowls.

6. Soft boil eggs for 5 minutes, for harder eggs cook for 10 minutes. Once cooked place eggs in cold water and sit aside to cool. Once cool to touch peel the eggs, halve and place one in each serving bowl.

7. Place cooked beef on top of noodles and the side of the sliced egg.

8. Divide the broth between the two bowls and enjoy!
