Smashed Avo with Collagen

Nothing compares to a classic smashed avo on toast for a Saturday Brunch!

Simply add just 1 heaped tablespoon of your favourite Nutraviva collagen powder into your avocado mix spread to turn this meal into a brunch for champions!

Ingredients

 

 

Method

  1. Cook the eggs to your preference – poached/scrambled/boiled/fried.
  2. Mash avocado, mustard, and mix the collagen of choice together in a bowl.
  3. Add rest of ingredients and continue to mix until well combined.
  4. Toast your choice of bread, then layer on the avocado mixture, followed by the eggs.
  5. Top with the rocket (or other favourite toppings of your choice) and enjoy!
