Australian Collagen Hydrolysate is made from fresh local hides using a local refinement process, giving it a creamier colour and a slightly more pronounced taste and aroma. Our original Collagen Hydrolysate is sourced from grass-fed Brazilian cattle and is tasteless and bright white.
If you want a completely neutral flavour for coffee or cold drinks, many customers prefer the original. If local sourcing matters more to you, the Australian range is the one to choose. Both provide Type I and Type III collagen peptides.
