Combine 1 tablespoon (10g) of dry collagen powder into a smoothie or add to shaker with your favourite cold beverage and mix thoroughly until dissolved. Let stand for 30 seconds and enjoy. Can be added to hot beverages. Take up to twice per day.

Hot Beverage Directions
Place 1 heaped tablespoon of gelatin into a mug combine the flavoured powder and then add in 100ml of cold liquid. Mix well and let bloom for 1-2 minutes, then top up with the remaining liquid, stir and heat via microwave or stove-top until hot. This will dissolve the gelatin. Stir thoroughly, your beverage should have a smooth, creamy consistency.
Healthy Gummies
Use 10g of Nutraviva Beef Gelatin per 100 ml of liquid. Mix all ingredients into a saucepan and slowly heat until the gelatin grains have dissolved. Pour liquid into moulds or a flat dish and place in the refrigerator to set.
