The presence of sulphates is due to the manufacturing process, and unfortunately, it's not possible to produce beef gelatin without this process. Based upon product analysis, sulphates may be present in our pure unblended beef gelatin powder in the amount of 49-50mg/kg.

Place 1 heaped tablespoon of gelatin into a mug combine the flavoured powder and then add in 100ml of cold liquid. Mix well and let bloom for 1-2 minutes, then top up with the remaining liquid, stir and heat via microwave or stove-top until hot. This will dissolve the gelatin. Stir thoroughly, your beverage should have a smooth, creamy consistency.

Use 10g of Nutraviva BEEF GELATIN per 100 ml of liquid. Mix all ingredients into a saucepan and slowly heat until the gelatin grains have dissolved. Pour liquid into moulds or a flat dish and place in the refrigerator to set.

Works better with chilled water!

I really enjoy using this product. The packaging is good quality and easy to open, it keeps it's shape while you are taking out tablespoon fulls and seals again easily. Compared to other readily available brands this one is the better quality by far. When blooming the gelatin using chilled or cold water from the fridge, you don't have to wait as long and more of the gelatin soaks up the water. It is easier to dissolve after that but be quick! A trust worthy brand the product is consistent 👌
