How to use
Add two or three teaspoons of powder as a base to soups, gravies, or savoury recipes. 2 teaspoons per 200ml of hot water. Approximately 30 servings per 300g tub.

Why is there no vitamin C in it?
Because we sell one ingredient. Vitamin C is easy to get from food or your own supplement, and adding it would mean blending the powder.
Bovine or marine, which should I choose?
Both are collagen. Bovine is the better value per gram and unflavoured. Marine suits people who avoid beef.
How do I stop it clumping?
Add the powder before the liquid, or stir into a small amount of warm water first.
How much should I take a day?
One 10g tablespoon daily is the standard serve. Some people take two.
Is it kosher or halal certified?
