Collagen powder.

I've been using this since it was first released. Mixed with a good quality protein supplement, chia seeds etc it's been my staple breakfast for years. A bone scan recently showed my hips are perfect. At 75yrs old I contribute that to this collagen product. The only dairy I eat is a little Greek yoghurt. I hate milk and drink my 2 coffees a day black.
