I mix it with the ness collagen powder or have one in the morning, the other in the evening. I really notice the difference to my skin elasticity when I stop taking it. I've been putting the gelatin in my morning smoothy it's not so easy to dissolve without a blender when added to cold liquid, but I found if I mix it straight away it dissolves fine with a good shake. I particularly like adding it to a (veggie) soup of an evening, it's a magic ingredient.
