Before my appointment with orthopidic surgeon I startet to take the collagen powder. So on the day to talk about TKR I told him that I have hardly any pain at the moment. I have been using this collagen for approximately two years. I discovered it from a local Bathurst health store and so thankful for it. I now buy it directly from Nutriviva website. During menopause my hair had become thinner and even though my hair has always been thin since using the collagen it has become thicker, my nails are stronger and my skin is youthful. I do not need to use expensive moisturisers - my family line has great skin which helps - and I am sure it helps with my sleep.
