Collagen is a structural protein that is found in connective tissues such as skin, tendons, ligaments, and bones. It provides strength, structure, and elasticity to these tissues.

Why are collagen supplements so effective?

Collagen supplements are effective because they contain bioactive peptides that can be easily absorbed and utilized by the body to support joint health, skin elasticity, and overall collagen production.

Why choose a grass fed and grass finished bovine collagen?

Grass-fed and grass-finished bovine collagen is sourced from cattle that are raised on a natural diet without hormones or antibiotics. This ensures a cleaner, more nutrient-dense collagen product.

What is the difference between Types 1, 2, & 3 collagen?

Type 1 collagen is the most abundant and is essential for skin, bones, and tendons. Type 2 is found in cartilage and supports joint health. Type 3 is often found alongside Type 1 and supports skin and blood vessels.

How often should collagen be taken?

Collagen can be taken daily for best results. The recommended dosage varies depending on the type and purpose of the collagen supplement, typically ranging from 5-15 grams per day.

How long does it take for collagen supplements to work?

The effects of collagen supplements can vary, but most users report noticeable improvements in skin hydration, joint comfort, and overall well-being within 4 to 12 weeks of consistent use.

Is it safe to take collagen during pregnancy & breastfeeding?

While collagen is generally considered safe, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before taking any supplements during pregnancy and breastfeeding to ensure they are appropriate for individual health needs.
