Collagen Hydrolysate powder contains a unique profile of amino acids, including eight of the nine essential amino acids. Directions

Place 15g (2 level tablespoons) into a bowl and add 100mL of hot water. Stir through and dissolve well. Once all the crystals have fully dissolved, add 100mL of cold water and stir well. Refrigerate until firm and wobbly (minimum of 4 hours). Each serve makes up to 200 ml of jelly.

If you are choosing to add fruit or juice to your jelly, do not choose fresh or tinned pineapple, kiwifruit, or paw paw as the jelly will not set.

Storage information: Do not refrigerate dry powder. Keep sealed in the pouch when not in use. Once the jelly is prepared it should be kept covered and refrigerated. Best consumed within 3 days of making.

Great Afternoon Protein Hit

My husband has been taking these to work & having them as an afternoon snack, they have been great in the heat we have been having up here in Queensland. And we make it with two fruits for a bit of variety.

Tasted delicious. The only negative comment would be that there was a tough layer on the bottom. If there is something that I can do to prevent it, please let me know.
